    I almost thought this hotel would be nice, but the entertainment was lacking, i expected to be dazzled. And the staff was just okay, rather than really good. A complimentary gesture for my frustratingly uneventful stay woudl ve been a nice touch. But alas, it seems they save their best for more important guests.

    Good service and quiet location close to the nearest shops and the Al A Carte restaraunts. Family room with all necessary things for shower. Outstandingly accommodating and incredibly kind staffs, gave a few recommendations.

    The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was spacious, kept clean daily, and the minibar was replenished regularly. The food options impressed me with a variety of dishes to choose from! I thoroughly enjoyed the garden view.

    Friendly staff and great food!

    The staff were super nice, always helping us out, awesome! The food at the restaurant had loads of options, and we loved the snack bar too. Our room was good-sized, but the beds was like rocks. The loud music from the pool area could get a bit much at times.

    Had a fantastic group vacation! The beach access was easy, and we made great use of the mountain bikes from the hotel to explore the fine historical sites nearby. The dining experience was solid, especially at the beach bar, with some good meals. The staff was friendly.

    One downside was a mix-up with our room cleaning. We didn't receive daily cleaning service, unexpected and inconvenient.

    Family-friendly with lovely memories

    The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent! Our rooms were super clean, and they brought us fresh towels every day. Plus, the food options at the buffet were excellent, especially the gourmet Turkish meal we had on gala night, complete with dazzling decorations and attentive service.

    It wasn't inexpensive, but I think it was still acceptable for the quality we received.

    We loved spending time at the beach with the kids, and the vast array of activities were a hit with our four teenagers. The gardens are beautifully maintained was nice. The food offered plenty of variety, made meal times enjoyable.
